YOGA by the SEA​

The studio in Trébeurden of Cathrin is located in the quartier de „Lan Kerellec“ near the beach Goas Treiz.

 

A fan of great simplicity, Cathrin created a Zen space dressed in an oak floating floor.

​

The yoga studio is fully equipped and therefore extremely versatile. With large windows, the space gets a lot of natural light. 

​

Cathrin welcomes maximal 6 students in her studio and up to 10 on the yoga deck facing the sea, which allows her to be with each student, in order to correct them, to make them evolve and grow in their postures, each at their own pace.

​

Cathrin's sessions are based on breathing and postural work. 

All levels are welcome.

​

If the weather permits, classes are held directly by the sea on a spacious yoga deck.
