The studio in Trébeurden of Cathrin is located in the quartier de „Lan Kerellec“ near the beach Goas Treiz.

 

A fan of great simplicity, Cathrin created a Zen space dressed in a oak floating floor.

The yoga studio is fully equipped and therefore extremely versatile. With large windows, the space gets a lot of natural light.

Cathrin welcomes maximal 5 students, which allows her to be with each student, in order to correct them, to make them evolve and grow in their postures, each at their own pace.

​

Cathrin's sessions are based on breathing and postural work. 

All levels are welcome.

​

If the weather permits, classes are held directly by the sea on a spacious yoga deck.
