Brussels – Trébeurden

Our fourth Yoga Retreat in Garde de Freinet, not far from Saint Tropez was a full success: It was an exceptional five-day stay that gave everyone the time to take care of themselves in an exclusive place where Cathrin taught yoga and meditation practices.

We enjoyed green and healthy cuisine thanks to our excellent chef Nathan, hiking on hidden treks and coastal trails and cycling through picturesque vineyards.
