Hatha Yoga 

This class offers a great variety of different asanas (postures) that are combined to give you a full body and mind workout. It includes some Sun Salutations that are great for all ages and genders. It’s the perfect start to the day and provides more energy, stamina, strength and vitality to the day. Hatha Yoga helps to develop a toned and flexible physique, mental and physical awareness and promotes peace and calmness.

Yin Yoga 

Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with little physical effort. Also great for runners, cyclists and other sports enthusiasts. Designed for opening the hip, relieving stiffness and tension in the spine, shoulders and hamstrings and improving blood circulation - anyone can enjoy this class. After some warm-up, simply chill-out as we go through some long deep stretches combined with relaxing music and calm slow breathing.

Private Session

Private classes are a great way to build a strong foundation to then continue your practice at home or in a group class.

Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. 

Each session is customized to serve your individual needs and can include physical postures, specific sequences, breath work and meditation.

Some benefits of private yoga include individual attention, addressing a specific health issue and working toward personal goals.
